What is the Scars Lifetime Guarantee?
We stand by our craftsmanship. If you manage to wear out or damage your GORUCK gear, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you, forever.
How do I choose the right size Rucker or GR1?
Sizing depends on your height and torso length. Generally, the 21L is ideal for those under 6'0", while the 26L is better suited for those 6'0" and taller or for those who need more volume.
When will my order ship?
Most in-stock orders ship within 1-2 business days. Once your gear leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Do you offer a discount for military or first responders?
Yes, we are proud to offer a 15% discount to active duty military, veterans, and first responders through our verification partner, GovX.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all items in new, unused condition with original tags. Please note that certain closeout items may be marked as final sale.
Can I use GORUCK plates in other backpacks?
While our Ruck Plates are designed specifically to fit the plate pockets of the Rucker and GR1, they can be used in other bags that have a secure, reinforced laptop or plate compartment.
