At GORUCK, we build gear to last a lifetime, but we want to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't the right fit for your training, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery in original condition.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your gear in its original packaging, attach the return label, and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your gear, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
